Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 132F-325 WAC, implementing Seattle Colleges District VI policy and procedure 210, environmental policy.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 43.21C RCW; RCW 43.21C.110.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To correct WAC references to reflect enacted laws since original adoption of District VI environmental policy and procedures.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
