     On page 2, beginning on line 15 of the amendment, strike sections 10, 11 and 12.

     Renumber sections and correct internal references accordingly.

     On page 4, beginning on line 8 of the amendment, strike everything through line 14 and insert:

     "On page 1, line 2 of the title, after "75.28 RCW;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "adding new sections to chapter 82.04 RCW; creating new sections; prescribing penalties; making an appropriation; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency."

EFFECT:  Removes the sunset provision and termination dates for the lost fishing net program, and amends the title accordingly.
