     On page 11, line 8, after "district." insert "Any strike, work slowdown, or stoppage to influence a labor dispute interferes with student educational performance and shall be penalized by forfeiture of one day's pay for each day each teacher participates in such action or inaction."

EFFECT:  Provides a monetary penalty for a teacher who participates in a strike, work slowdown, or stoppage during the regularly scheduled school year.
