     On page 92, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "After" strike "Janurary 1, 1993" and insert "January 1, 1995"

     On page 92, line 7, after "hour." insert "The appropriate standing committees of the legislature shall review the standard under (a) of this subsection during the regular session beginning in January 1998.

     On page 92, beginning on line 8 of the striking amendment, strike all material through "hour." on line 12.

Correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Extends the date by which woodstoves must meet emission standards from 1993 to 1995.  Deletes  provisions requiring non-catalystic woodstoves to meet a 2.5 gram/hour standard and catalytic woodstoves to meet a 1.4 gram/hour standard in 1995.
