     On page 93, line 16 of the striking amendment, after "(a)" insert "a"

     On page 93, line 18, after "(b) purposes of " strike "after July 1, 1995,"

     On page 93, line 19, after "purposes of" strike all material through "basis" on line 20 and insert "public education"

EFFECT:  Deletes a provision establishing a 10 percent opacity standard for wood smoke.  Establishes the 10 percent standard as an educational tool.
