     On page 118, after line 4 of the striking amendment, insert "NEW SECTION.  Sec. 720.  A new section is added to chapter 70.94 RCW to read as follows:  This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the the clean air Washington act."

EFFECT:  Creates a "short title" for the act.
