     On page 8, line 1, after "agencies" delete "to assist in the work of the council" and insert "to work on citizen service activities on behalf of those agencies"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the agency representatives to the Council on Voluntary Action are required to work no less than .2 FTE on citizen service activities within their agency missions, rather than directly for the Council.
