     On page 3, after line 25, strike all material down to and including "improvements." on page 6, line 25.

Renumber remaining sections and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes language requiring local jurisdictions to consider the adequacy of school bus stops when approving subdivisions.  Also removes language that would have specifically included sidewalks, pathways, and bus stops in the definition of "public facilities" that are eligible for impact fees.
