    On page 41, after line 19, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 60.  The department of transportation shall consolidate all growth management functions within a growth management project office.  This office shall cease to exist on June 30, 1995."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
