     On page 10, after line 2, insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION.  Sec. 20.  FOR THE OFFICE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

     Motor Vehicle Fund appropriation-state...$112,000

     The appropriation in this section is null and void if House Bill 2140 is not enacted by September 1, 1991."

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Implements Motor Vehicle Fund requirements identified in fiscal note on HB 2140.
