     On page 2, line 20, after "(4)" insert "(a)"

     On page 2, line 24, strike "(a)" and insert "(i)"

     On page 2, line 28, strike "(b)" and insert "(ii)"

     On page 2, after line 30, insert the following:

     "(b)  This subsection (4) shall apply to all claims regardless of the date of injury."

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the new requirements for compensation while attending a medical examination apply to all injured workers who are required to attend a medical examination after the effective date of the act.
