On page 2, line 14, after "Washington," insert "the department of fisheries,"

On page 2, line 21, after "Puyallup."  insert "The certification service will certify aquatic animal products using federal standards and standards that are recognized by the state departments of fisheries and agriculture pursuant to RCW 75.58.010." 

EFFECT:  Adds the department of fisheries as a cooperator in the development of aquatic animal diagnostic and extension services and curricula.  Ensures that certification standards will meet standards in existence at the federal and state levels.
