Beginning on page 1, line 8, after
"chapter" strike all material through "year" on page
2, line 6 and insert "((, modifying this schedule to insure the
effective operation of this chapter, and performing other duties necessary for
the implementation of this chapter. The committee shall continue to be
responsible for the development of legislation which provides for the
termination of state agencies as needed in a manner consistent with the terms
of this chapter and of RCW 43.06.010 as now or hereafter amended)). The
legislative budget committee shall have the responsibility to recommend
legislation providing for the termination of state agencies, or modification of
the schedule of agencies to be reviewed, in a manner consistent with the terms
of this chapter"
