     On page 40, line 1, strike all of subsection (4) and insert:

     "(4) After July 1, 1991, the department shall extend the maximum number of reimbursable chiropractic treatments from 10 to 20 per year per recipient."

EFFECT:   Removes the elimination of reimbursable chiropractic services in the Medical Assistance Program in the Department of Social and Health Services.  Extends the maximum number of chiropractic treatments from 10 to 20 per year per recipient.  Increases GF-S appropriation for the Department of Social and Health Services by $5,750,000; increases GF-Federal appropriation by $5,558,000; and increases total by $11,308,000.
