EFFECT:  Increases the general fund and drug education and enforcement appropriations to the Office of the Administrator for the Courts by $366,000 and $136,000 respectively and the total appropriation accordingly.  Provides the additional amounts for treatment-alternatives-to-street-crime (TASC) programs.
