EFFECT:   Technical amendment to correctly attribute savings from the Supplemental Security Income Referral Program (SSI) in the Income Assistance Program instead of the Medical Assistance Program in the Department of Social and Health Services.  Transfers $665,000 of general fund state savings to the Income Assistance Program from the Medical Assistance Program.  Increases federal funding in Income Assistance by $665,000.
