     On page 32, after line 10, insert new subsection:

      "(b) The department shall continue to use King county for the administration of community-based residential services."

Renumber remaining subsections accordingly.

EFFECT:   Requires the Department of Social and Health Services to continue to use King County to manage community based-residential services.
