     On page 37, line 1, delete subsection (8)

EFFECT:   Revises the appropriation to the Long Term Care program, with the following effect: removes funding for the nursing home bed hold (ESHB 1226) assuming that nursing homes would receive no compensation for holding beds, GF-S savings of $600,000 and GF-F savings of $708,000, total savings of $1,308,000; reduces the number of nursing home surveyors to an increase of 15, rather than the 31 assumed in the budget, GF-S savings of $875,000, GF-F savings of $1,459,000, total savings of $2,334,000; restores funding assumed as a savings related to the reduction in the financing allowance from 11 percent to 10.5 percent, restoring it to 11 percent, GF-S increase of $1,379,000, GF-F increase of $1,708,000, total increase of $3,087,000.  The total change is a reduction of GF-S of $96,000, and reduction of GF-F of $459,000, and a total reduction of $555,000.
