On page 108, after line 32, insert

"The appropriation is this section shall not be expended for consolidation of laboratory services currently being performed in the Kelso and Kennewick crime laboratories."

EFFECT: Restricts the use of State Patrol appropriation from being used to consolidate the crime laboratories in Kelso and Kennewick with other facilities.
