     On page 112, after line 27, insert the following:

     "(ii)  The type and magnitude of construction-related costs that are incurred by school districts but are not currently eligible for state matching funds."

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively

EFFECT:  Adds an item to be studied by OFM, SPI & the State Board:  school construction-related costs that do not generate a state match.
