     On page 79, after line 17, insert:

     "(61) Olmstead State Park Interpretive Center

          The appropriation in this subsection is provided solely for phase one development of an agricultural interpretive center at Olmstead State Park.  The appropriation shall be matched by at least $60,000 from nonstate sources.

          Prior Biennia (Expenditures)..............$      0

          Future Biennia (Projected Costs)..........$482,000

              TOTAL..............................$1,182,000

EFFECT:  Adds $700,000 for development of an interpretive center at Olmstead State Park.
