     On page 5, line 5, after "jurisdiction." insert:  "No local ordinance may declare a breed of dog to be dangerous or potentially dangerous."

EFFECT:  The amendment provides that local governments may not simply declare a breed of dog to be dangerous or potentially dangerous.
