SHB 1569- H AMD to - H AMD  123  FAILED  3-14-91

     On page 31 of the amendment by the Committee on Revenue, after "affected" on line 11 insert:

     "except that if section 22 of this act is declared unconstitutional this act is null and void."

EFFECT:  If the state is unable to require individuals who have resided in the state for less than a year to pay an actuarially determined premium as is provided in section 22, the entire act is null and void.
