     On page 1, line 12, after "satisfied", strike "; (b) Of" and insert "and". Renumber the remaining subsection accordingly.

EFFECT:  The lender is not required to notify borrower of loan servicing agent's procedures for cancelling mortgage insurance; rather, lender must advise borrower to contact servicing agent for procedures for concelling mortgage insurance.
