     On page 2, line 22, after "department;" strike "or"

     On page 2, line 23, after "(d)" insert the following:

     "Resulting from the lack of availability of natural resources required for production at the business facility, as determined by the department; or

     (e)"

EFFECT:   Provides that a business closure or layoff does not include a reduction in operations that results from the lack of natural resources needed for the business's production, as determined by the Employment Security Department.
