     On page 10, after line 18, strike everything through page 11, line 13 and insert:

     "(b) Who has met such educational standards established by rule as the board determines to be appropriate; and"

EFFECT:  Deletes requirement that certified public accountants obtain 150 hours of college credit and returns authority to establish educational standards to the Board of Accountancy.
