     On page 13, line 5, after "(2)" strike all material down to and including "(3)" on line 14 and insert "(($121,000 is provided solely for an executive search specialist in the department to be utilized by all state agencies.))"

     On page 13, line 10, strike "(4)" and insert "(3)"

EFFECT:  Removes a requirement that the Department of Personnel hire an executive search specialist, but leaves the funding for the position should the Department determine the position is a priority.
