     On page 138, line 1, after "transfers."  beginning with "A" strike everything through "1992-93." on line 3

     On page 138, line 6, after "1992-93" insert: "Allocations to school districts for 1992-93 shall be calculated on the basis of average annual full time enrollment, at a rate of up to $24.56 per pupil."

EFFECT:  Provides funding on a per pupil basis to all districts provided magnet grants by OSPI for the 1992-93 school year.
