      On page 139, line 24, after "programs." insert:  "Suicide prevention programs awarded suicide prevention grants in 1991-92 shall receive no less than ninety percent of the 1991-92 grant in 1992-93."

EFFECT:  Specifies second year grant levels for programs receiving suicide prevention grants in the current school year.
