     On page 73, after line 12, insert:

     "(5) $400,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 1993 is provided solely for the corrections clearinghouse ex-offender program."

EFFECT:  Adds $400,000 in general fund--state for fiscal year 1993 for the department to expend for the corrections clearinghouse ex-offender program.
