     On page 5, line 22, after "appropriate.", insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. Nothing contained in this 1992 Act shall be construed to require cities or counties to amend or take any action with respect to ordinances, regulations, plans, or policies governed by the Growth Management Act, chapter 36.70A RCW."
