     On page 28, line 44, after "acquire" insert ", renovate or expand"

     On page 29, line 6, after "(b)" strike everything through  "been" on line 9 and insert, "((No expenditure shall be made until an equal amount of private, nongovernmental moneys dedicated to the purchase of the facility have been))  For every two dollars expended from this appropriation a match from nonstate sources of at least one dollar shall be expended for the same purpose"

     On page 29, line 13, after "Acct" strike "((1,500,000)) 900,000" and insert "1,500,000"

     On page 29, line 18, after "TOTAL" strike "((1,500,000)) 900,000" and insert "1,500,000"

EFFECT:  Increases the appropriation for the Resource Center for the Handicapped from $900,000 to $1,500,000, expands the use of the appropriation to renovate or expand the facility, and changes the match requirement to two state dollars for one dollar from nonstate sources.
