     On page 123, after line 21, insert "The state board for community and technical colleges shall submit a report on the future program and facility plans for the Seattle Vocational Institute.  The report shall include operating and capital cost estimates for the next six years and shall be submitted to the fiscal committees of the house of representatives and senate by January 15, 1993."

EFFECT:  Requires the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges to report on the six year program and facility plans for the Seattle Vocational Institute. The report is due January 15, 1993 to the House and Senate fiscal committees.
