"(2) $206,000 of the appropriation contained in this section is null and void if House Bill No. 2609 is not enacted by July 1, 1992."

EFFECT: The additional appropriation authority enables the Air Transportation Commission to evaluate the Flight Plan Study and the economic, social and environmental impacts of air transportation system expansion. The Commission's work program schedule will also be accelerated so that it may report part of its findings and recommendations to regional transportation planning organizations.
