     On page 1, line 3 of amendment 0117, strike everything after " "or incentives." " and insert:

     " Incentives, for the purpose of providing opportunities for supplementary salaries and benefits under this section, shall be defined as being activities designed to result in a measurable enhancement of student learning.  Incentives may be provided to an individual or group of certificated instructional staff. Incentive programs must be pre-approved as to amounts and expected student outcomes.  School districts shall maintain records regarding additional time, additional responsibilities, and incentives as authorized in this section."
