     On page 20, beginning on line 14, after "employee,"strike everything through "businesses" on line 17 and insert: ".  Such assessment shall include a sliding fee scale for assessments of employers with businesses having twenty-five or fewer employees.  The commission shall base the scale on the following criteria:  (i) the business's gross receipts; (ii) number of persons employed; and (iii) individual wages of employees"

EFFECT:  Establishes a sliding fee scale for employers with 25 or fewer employees.
