     On page 6, after line 3, insert:

     "(2) The board shall adopt a mechanism for the partial or full repayment or reimbursement of the cost of programs funded by the state job training trust fund by those individuals receiving assistance from or benefitting from programs funded by the state job training trust fund."

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

Effect:  The board is required to develop a method to recapture some of the costs of programs funded by the state job training trust fund through repayments by individuals participating in or benefitting from those programs.
