     On page 5 line 24 after "bill" strike "as  "((Telecommunications devices)) Funds for relay services to connect with the deaf and hearing impaired" and insert "((as "Telecommunications devices funds for deaf and hearing impaired"))".

EFFECT:  Deletes statutory specification of what text is to be on a telephone bill and leaves the text to the telephone companies and the Utilities and Transportation Commission.  The statute will simply require that there be separate identification of the excise tax.
