     On page 2, line 8, after "tariff" strike all material through "inspections" on line 9, and insert "shall be collected by the Washington state patrol in an amount sufficient to fully pay the facilities and operating costs related to the inspections, and deposited in the state general fund"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that the tariff will be collected by the Washington State Patrol and deposited in the state general fund.
