     On page 1, beginning on line 21, strike "and impact fees are established consistent with the requirements of RCW 82.02.060" and insert: ";

     (b) The county has adopted ordinances imposing impact fees under RCW 82.02.050 through 82.02.090 throughout all the unincorporated area of the county to finance public roads, school facilities, and publicly owned parks, open space, and recreation;"

Reletter the following subsections consecutively.

EFFECT: Requires the county to impose impact fees throughout the county before it may approve a major industrial facility.
