     On page 2, after line 16, insert the following:

"(g) If hazardous materials will be contained at the major

industrial development site, hazardous material response teams will be able to adequately respond under the county emergency management plan provided for in RCW 38.52.070;"

Reletter the remaining subsection consecutively.

EFFECT:  Requires adequate response teams to be available under the county emergency management plan before the final approval of an application for a major industrial development that contains hazardous materials.
