     On page 2, line 1, strike the remainder of the bill and insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.   If specific funding for this act, referencing this act by bill number, is not provided by June 30, 1992 in the supplemental biennial operating appropriations act, this act shall be null and void."

     On page 1, line 2 of the title, strike all material on lines 2 and 3 and insert "and creating new sections."

EFFECT:  Adds language making the legislation null and void absent specific reference in the supplemental biennial operating budget.
