     On page 2, after line 22, insert the following:

     "(3)  Any application of this section to members of the law enforcement officers' and fire fighters' retirement system under chapter 41.26 RCW is subject to chapter 41.56 RCW."

EFFECT:  Provides that participation by LEOFF members in the health care authority's insurance system is subject to collective bargaining.
