     On page 2, after line 21, insert a new subsection as follows:

     "(2) Any ordinance, resolution, or other measure adopted by the county legislative authority relating to a metropolitan municipal corporation right, power, function, or obligation that was assumed by the county must be approved by at least a two-thirds vote of the members of the county legislative authority;"

Renumber the following subsections consecutively.

EFFECT: Requires a 2/3's vote of the county legislative authority to adopt measures relating to a metro function.
