     On page 16, line 13, after "parcel;" insert:  "the residence is occupied by a farm operator or owner with gross income from farming activities equal to at least fifty percent of the farm operator's or owner's total gross income;"

EFFECT:  Requires farm owner or operator to make at least 50 percent of gross income from farming in order to receive current use assessment of land under dwelling.
