     On page 2, line 12, after "officials;" strike "and"

     On page 2, line 13, strike "(j) Two members appointed by the governor." and insert:

     "(j)  One member appointed by the Institute for Real Estate Management who has lived in a condominium for at least the last five years prior to the appointment and is currently serving on a condominium association board; and

     (k)  Two members appointed by the governor."

EFFECT:  An additional member is appointed by the Institute for Real Estate Management to the committee.  The additional member must have lived in a condominium for at least the last five years prior to the appointment and be currently serving on a condominium association board.
