     On page 2, on line 2 after "account" insert:

"for the payment of counseling needs for the immediate family members of a homicide victims in addition to such other benefits as are provided under the crime victims compensation account"

EFFECT:   The amendment provides that the monies directed into the crime victim account may be used to pay for counseling needs for the immediate family members of a homicide victim in addition to other benefits provided under the crime victims compensation account.
