     On page 1, line 3 of the title, after "1990 c 290 s" strike "3" and insert "5"

EFFECT:  Corrects a drafting error by repealing the section regarding the expiration date rather than the section limiting the amount of appropriated dollars that can be used for administration of the grant approval process.  The title is amended to reflect the change in the repealer.
