     On page 8, beginning on line 11, after "services," strike the remainder of the section and insert "constitutes unprofessional conduct under this chapter and chapter 18.130 RCW."

EFFECT:  Technical.  The term "unprofessional conduct" engages all the disciplinary procedures and sanctions provided in the Uniform Disciplinary Act, to which ocularists are currently subject.
