     On page 8, beginning on line 3, after "facilities or", strike the remainder of the subsection and insert "for regional support networks to contract with local hospitals to  assure access for regional support network patients."

EFFECT:  Provides regional support networks with greater flexibility in contracting with freestanding evaluation and treatment facilities and hospitals.
